If your Support Subscription has expired, and you wish to continue receiving future updates and support, you will need to purchase a 12-Month Renewal Subscription on this page. Requires the desktop Study Suite software.
Following your purchase, we will manually adjust your subscription expiration date. Your software will automatically pick up on the changes. Please allow us up to 24 hours to update your subscription. Most often, we will get to this within minutes after purchasing, but we ask for up to 24 hours in the event you purchase after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday.
