Reactivating Download Links Has Ended

Beginning January 1, 2016, we will no longer be reactivating the Windows and Mac download links for any software applications.

Historically, customers have requested a reactivation of their download links if their computer crashed or they get a new computer, and they needed to reinstall the software, or if the amount of time to initially download the software after purchasing had expired.  The reactivation of download links is now over as of January 1, 2016.

If you purchase only the download link for Mac or Windows, you are taking a chance that you will not lose the software.  We are encouraging customers to purchase a backup option as a flash drive.  This is not mandatory but is suggested.  The purpose of the backup flash drive is to reinstall the software.  Think of it as insurance.  You may never need it, but if you do, it will be there for you.  You may purchase the backup flash drive at any time.

To assist with the initial link expiration issue, we have increased the amount of time the links will expire after purchasing from 5 days to 30 days.  The number of attempts to download will still remain as 5 attempts.  The download links will now expire whichever happens first:  30 days or 5 attempts

Customers who purchase the full software on a flash drive will not need to also purchase a backup flash drive since this one can be used for your initial installation as well as your backup.
