This page is solely for extending the subscription on an active (not an expired subscription) Study Suite Anywhere web app. Study Suite Anywhere may only be used with an active subscription. If you have the Study Suite desktop version for Mac or Windows, and you want to extend that update/support subscription, please purchase from this page.
** Before purchasing a subscription extension on this page, please check to see if your subscription is current (not expired) or if it has expired. You can find this on the Subscriptions window in the app. Basically, if you can still log into the web app, then your subscription is still active, and you may proceed with purchasing a subscription extension from this page.
Please contact us before purchasing a Subscription Extension if you are unsure as to which product to purchase and to ensure you purchase the correct one for your situation. If you do purchase the wrong one (i.e. you purchase the 1-month extension but your subscription has expired), we will refund your purchase minus a 20% fee.
What happens after my purchase?
Following your purchase of a Study Suite Anywhere Subscription Extension, we will manually adjust your subscription expiration date. Your app will automatically pick up on the changes. Please allow us up to 24 hours to update your subscription. Most often, we will get to this within minutes after purchasing, but we ask for up to 24 hours in the event you purchase after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday.
Study Suite Anywhere Subscription Extensions
With Study Suite Anywhere, you have the choice as to how long you can access the web app. We offer three subscription length options:
- 3-month
- 6-month
- 12-month
We’ve found that when students purchase a study program on their own, they do so shortly before their exam, hence the 3-month option. Schools and internships tend to like students using a study platform over the course of a semester, year, or internship term, in which case, the 12-month option is ideal.
If your subscription is near expiring, you will have the ability to extend it by 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months. The subscription extensions must be ordered prior to the subscription expiring.
