Refund and Returns Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges under certain conditions. Please view our policies below.

Refund Request

Unregistered software may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

  • (Flash Drive or Disk) Unopened, unregistered: Full refund minus shipping & handling
  • (Flash Drive or Disk) Opened, unregistered: Refund minus 20% restocking fee and minus shipping & handling
  • (Flash Drive or Disk) Opened, registered: Software will be returned to the customer with no refund granted
  • (Flash Drive, Disk, Download, or Web App) Registered software: Not eligible for a refund once the software has been registered
  • Add-Ons:  If the Add-On Code was used to activate the Add-On study module, the purchase is not eligible for a refund
  • Subscription Codes:  If the Subscription Code was used, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.  Unused Subscription Codes are eligible for a refund minus a 20% fee.  Prior to purchasing, we strongly encourage customers to contact us to inquire which Subscription Code they may purchase.  If you purchase a 3-month or 12-month Subscription Extension, but your subscription has expired (i.e. the subscription code will not work in this instance), you may request a refund minus a 20% fee.  So please ask us first for which subscription you need
  • Backup Flash Drives are not eligible for a refund

Sometimes mistakes do happen. Please fill out the form below, and we will get in touch with you shortly. You may also call Ryan at 570-814-6665.

  • If you purchased the wrong software title, you may return the unopened software for an exchange. No additional charges apply.
  • If we send out the wrong software title, you may return the unopened, unregistered software for exchange. In this event, we will issue you a 5% refund for our mistake.
  • If your Visual Veggies Software package arrives damaged, please send this back for a replacement.
  • If the software has been registered, no refund or exchange will be granted.

Try Before You Buy

It would be best to try out the software prior to purchasing to see what you will be getting.  We strongly recommend trying the free demo prior to purchasing the software to make sure it will meet your needs.  The demo is the full working program, just with limited content.  You will be able to see how the software functions and sample our writing style.
